China Import and Export Fair Complex, Guangzhou

The 12th China(Guangzhou) International Auto Show was held in the China Import and Export Fair Complex, from 20th to 29th, November 2014, themed with “Steer Your Future”. During the ten-day exhibition, we were given the honor to provide AVL services for several auto companies at the same time, among which, the Ssangyong Motor was included. The exhibition booth of Ssangyong Motor was 1B01, Hall 2.1. Five new cars were exhibited during the auto show, attracting hundreds of audience in its booth.
During the exhibition period, as what we have done in the auto show in the last few years, we provided our client with lighting, audio and video equipment for the show. Different kinds of lighting equipment were adopted in order to highlight the beautiful design and outlook of the cars. But what’s special of all the equipment was the video part: the LED screen located on the back of the booth, showing the video clip of the new car models. Since the screen was a bit close to the audience, in order to achieve the best visual effect for the audience, we decided to use P4.8 LED screen for the video clip. The whole screen was composed by 232 blocks of LED modules. Each module was connected without any visual gap, which enabled the desired broadcasting effect. All of the video equipment was controlled by Watchout system on site, with our experienced technicians.
During the ten-day exhibition, we were glad to receive comments from our clients. We believe that as long as we keep up with our professionalism, we will surely be better in providing services to our clients and our partners.
